  • Departmental Pre-Service Training

On-the-Job Training

Functional Competency Training: Training programs designed based on role-specific competencies, structured to enhance professional capabilities and foster alignment with organizational goals.

  • Professional Skills Training
    Role-based technical training is provided to build solid functional expertise. Advanced modules include cross-functional training and the development of secondary and tertiary specializations to broaden and deepen individual capabilities.
  • General Competency Training
    A three-tiered general education curriculum aligned to core competencies by job level. Delivered via diverse learning modalities, this program supports the development of essential managerial concepts and soft skills needed for success at work.
  • Language Training
    In response to globalization, international business expansion, and access to multilingual information, we provide customized language programs tailored to individual proficiency levels to enhance job-related communication skills.
  • Continuing Education
    To promote lifelong learning, we offer tuition assistance programs for degree courses, with subsidies of up to NT$50,000–70,000 per semester, based on eligibility. This reflects our commitment to supporting self-initiated academic advancement.
