In an attempt to prevent and deal with a potential sexual harassment in the workplace to assure an absolutely sexual harassment-free circumstance for work and services, the Company has duly enacted “Regulations Governing Prevention and Treatment of Sexual Harassment at Workplaces” exactly in accordance with the “Act of Gender Equality in Employment” and “Regulations for Establishing Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaints, and Punishment of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace”.

Occupational Safety and Health
Establishment of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee
The Company has established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee and holds meetings every quarter. Review the progress of each occupational safety and health project, and discuss and plan safety and health matters to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Security management
From the initial design stage, all software and hardware facilities in the workplace are planned with employee safety as the top priority. All machinery and equipment in the plant undergo regular inspections and maintenance to ensure safe operation and to protect employees' occupational safety. Occupational safety and health training is also conducted regularly for both new and current employees.
Emergency Drills
Conduct regular emergency response drills, including fire, chemical hazards, earthquakes, and injury treatment and care. Through continuous improvement and review, enhance employees’ ability to respond appropriately in unexpected situations.
